The Board of Directors of Sathuta directs the company to operate under its quality management system in order to achieve its vision and objectives by operating in accordance with its Mission and strategies through Sathuta's executive staff which is tasked with implementing the key functions of Sathuta Builders.
Management of Finance and Procurement of Materials, machinery and equipment is entrusted to the Finance Division, while Human Resources Management including training is carried out by the Operations Division.
Overall planning, execution and control of projects in hand are the function of the Construction Division. We use MS project software and Primavera software for planning of construction works.
Monitoring of construction activities and co-ordination between the head office and sites is the main management process handled by the Project Monitoring Division.
